From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., join Tilth farmer Jennifer Carlson and others to learn how to make a small batch of sauerkraut that you can take home and ferment on your countertop. Bring a small wide-mouth jar or crock, and one green cabbage. We will have a limited number of jars and cabbages for sale. This event is free.
