In this workshop, Anza will discuss the best growing conditions for the legumes we love. From preparing the soil to timing the harvests, lots of tips will be shared. Many varieties will be discussed, including snap peas, favas, haricot vert and edamame. Learn the many varieties that thrive on Whidbey and lots of recipes and other preparations that make nutritious, tasty meals.
